Areas of expertise include GRAS, EFSA dossiers, medical foods, claim substantiation, labeling, regulatory due diligence, FDA food facility registration, clinical trial design and supervision. Well-founded knowledge of genetic engineering, registration of genetic engineering facilities, interaction with the authorities internationally, certified biosafety officer (BBS).
