We have grown with biotechnology for 30 years

Having worked together since more than 30 years in Industrial Research and Development, we constantly improved our managerial skills and developed in-depth knowledge and expertise in all fields necessary to realize and commercialize new products and processes.

We started our career at the Institute for Genbiological Research in Berlin (IGF). After obtaining our PhD grades, we founded PlantTec Biotechnologie GmbH in Potsdam 1996. The successful company finally became part of Bayer CropScience BioScience with around 100 employees at the site. As managers and project managers in various areas, we have always been challenged and prepared for the requirements of product development in a global cooperation working in an international environment.

Since 2018 we are successfully running our consultancy business, supporting your projects all over the world.
